During the pending civil and criminal proceedings
as well as political initiatives against child abduction
and boycott of access, the following restrictions
have been imposed and added by Britta Kappe, the senior
staff member of the immigration office: Expires
on the day of deportation from Germany. The deportation
does not have to be especially and officially announced.
Once again the German administrative authorities
interact with the German judicial and social authorities
and work on the threat to interfere in the needed
possibilities of presence in Germany to disturb and
to interfere in the legal and political as well as
in the public engagement for access with children
abducted to Germany.

Coercion and threatening strategies by Britta

with the intention to deport the foreign left behind

The attitude of the immigration office of Wilhelmshaven
articulated by Britta Kappe was not altered or cancelled
on the 28.08.03 by Mr. Hofmann. Mr Hofmann from the
immigration office of the City of Wilhelmshaven, announced
that a solution to the problem would be found within
the coming month.
There remains the question on the one hand, whether
Mr Hofmann of the immigration office of Wilhelmshaven
could mean to interfere in pending civil and criminal
proceedings as well as political initiatives against
child abduction and boycott of access as repeatedly
documented by interfering in the residence status of
the foreign left behindparent. There also remains the question
on the other hand, whether Mr Hofmann of the immigration
office of Wilhelmshaven would be able to predetermine a
decision of the district court of Wilhelmshaven while the
district court of Wilhelmshaven as documented at the
district court of Wilhelmshaven with the German family

while Mr. Janßen does not react during the preceding
period and ignores documents which were handed in.

immigration office informs that it would also consider the
German Basic Law in its decisions: The immigration
office would decide within the matter of the residence
status according to the respective valid legal regulations.
Apart from the law for foreigners also the article
6 of the German law, which submits mbiasarriage and family under
special protection by the state would be taken into
consideration. Article 6 of the German basic law reflects
the respect for family life from Article 8 of the European
Human Rights Convention.

Mr.
Janßen from the immigration office of the city of Wilhelmshaven
intends to refuse the residence status for the foreign
left behind parent, whereas... the district
court of Wilhelmshaven is deliberately delaying the
family court proceedings on access with children
brought to Germany for the period of one year, is
not deliberately not enforcing the court ordered access
for the period of one year and in the next step is arbitrarily
excluding the access for another half a year, as
the access before has not taken place for the period
of one year. In this decision of arbitrary exclusion
of access, the district court of Wilhelmshaven is reasoning,
that an exclusion of access for more than half a year
would not be in the best interest of the child in order
to reject all demands of the foreign left behind parent
on interim order for access after expiration of the
period of half a year and in order to deliberately delay
anew the main proceedings.
Although Mr. Janßen from the immigration
office of Wilhelmshaven is correctly informed about
these incidents by means of the respective file and
has been asked to take an official stance, Mr. Janßen
from the immigration office of Wilhelmshaven does
not react on these requests; he thereby does seem to
consider the proceedings of the district court of Wilhelmshaven

Here is one of many
examples of the way that the foreign father is treated as a subhuman "Untermensch"
this is one way in which he is humiliated by the immigration officers of
the City of Wilhelmshaven.
The victim father who has been forced to relocate
to Germany in an attempt to regain access to his children who were unlawfully
taken to Germany is treated on a par with asylum seekers and refugees.
He has to ask for permission every time that he leaves the region, just
as if he was a criminal.This same treatment
that I have been experiencing here in Wilhelmshaven I have often
witnessed back home where white officials treated black people as
if they were nothing more than a pile of cow dung. What is going
on in Wilhelmshaven in particular what I experienced today at the
district court of Wilhelmshaven is so disgusting, so revolting that
I do not have words to describe what I experienced. I certainly hope
that you do have a conscience and a sense of civil responsibility,
that you in your private capacity as a responsible German citizen, as
well as a child of God that you will speak out against such abuses
in particular when one is dealing with abuses of young children for
very dubious and criminal reasons.

"Duldung"
to be tolerated. This is what a stay of deportation is called in Germany.
The victim father who has been forced to relocate to Germany in an
attempt to regain access to his children who were unlawfully taken to
Germany in 1996 children he has been prevented from having access to, is
treated like a criminal, they refuse to give him a residence permit, they
have gone out of their way to deport him to prevent him from having access
to his children and to influence his family legal proceedings. He presently
has the threat of deportation hanging over his head although he is suffering
from and being treated for serious heart problems caused by the trauma
brought about by the German authorities. He remains in Germany under a stay
of deportation order that can be revoked at any time.

Threats
from the Immigration office of Wilhelmshaven against the foreign
parent who seeks access to his children unlawfully abducted to Germany
to prevent him from having access to them
Information leaflet that warns me that if I do not leave Germany of
my own free will that I could at any time be deported with the use of police
force and that I would never be allowed to visit Germany again. This was
issued although they know that I have children in Germany, that I have
the right to residence in Germany and that I have the right to remain
here as long as I have running family legal proceedings.

it is unfortunate but you have of your very own free will taken a personal
stand against me, my family and all common decency, you of your
very own free will have ensured that human rights abuses against me continue

Maybe you need to be
the one who is being very slowly murdered, being very slowly murdered
in instalments, maybe you should experience the dreadful agony that one
goes through, dying a little at a time day by day, then maybe you would
have a very different personal attitude towards me and the family tragedy
that I am living through. I hurt just the same a you do, I suffer just
the same as you do. Have you no idea what pain, suffering, humiliation
and insult I am being put through daily by German officials, by allowing
me to stay to complete my legal proceedings and to fight to have access
to my children, etc.you are not doing me a favour, as you have nothing
of yours to give me. Have you no idea what my parents have gone through,
have you no idea how my father died, he died such a terrible death two
years ago, I have had to watch this tragedy which has been caused by the

I have gone through the same
grief for eight and a half years and have continued to do so every single
day for eight and a half years. I have grieved the loss of my children.
I still grieve the loss of my children. I have died a little bit each and
every day, but no one in Germany cares. No one at all... I am just a nuisance
that must be got rid of just as you would get rid of a cockroach (Schabe).
I have been here in Germany for three years and
what help have I had, what sympathy have I had, I the victim have been
treated in a most disgusting manner. I have been treated like an "Untermensch"
(subhuman)
I have been treated like a criminal, just because I love and care
for my children.

Here you can read about the disgusting
case in which the Immigration authority of Wilhelmshaven is up to it's racist
actions once again. Here they rounded up a foreign family in the middle
of the night with the help of the police and attempted under the cover of
darkness to illegally remove them from Germany. This disgusting deed was
perpetrated by the very same people who violated my rights and the rights
of my children to the right to a father in contravention of the Basic Law
of the Federal Republic of Germany.
I would not be at all surprised if the officials of the Immigration
Office of Wilhelmshaven in particular Britta Kappe played a major role in
influencing judge Stubwasser into refusing me access to my children giving
them the so called "grounds" to refuse me continued residence in Germany.
The comment by the friend who sent the newspaper artilce to me mentions that
he has seen this type of action in Wilhelmshaven involving the police and
the immigration authority before between the years 1933 and 1945.
