of the concerned children, parents and grandparents.
The German
Federal Parliament has various committees and commissions, who's
areas of activity includes Children's rights and human rights in the context
of crimes against humanity by the practice of German family law jurisdiction.
The Federal Government Commission for Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance
at the Federal Foreign Office, etc. belong to these commissions.
The Petitions committees of the German Federal Parliament can
call on the Federal Ministry of Justice
or the Federal Ministry for Family
Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth to deliver reports, when
the petitions concerned fall within their respective areas of concern.
