Documentation and reporting on legal policy initiatives against international and inner state child abduction to as well as against exploitation, discrimination and disadvantaging of the concerned children, parents and grandparents.

The German Federal Parliament  has various committees and commissions, who's areas of activity includes Children's rights and human rights in the context of crimes against humanity by the practice of German family law jurisdiction. The Federal Government Commission for Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance at the Federal Foreign Office, etc. belong to these commissions.

The Petitions committees of the German Federal Parliament can call on the Federal Ministry of Justice or the  Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth to deliver reports, when the petitions concerned fall within their respective areas of concern.

With the authorization of the petitioner of the present petition proceedings Pet 4-14-07-301-050630 at the German Federal Parliament the herein documented events at the German judicial, social and administrative authorities Hickman case study are indicated as further proof for the establishing an independent enquête committee on the judiciary crimes against humanity by the practice of German family law jurisdiction.

Information from the German Federal Parliament. On the 23 January 2001 the German Federal Parliament sent the petitioner a CD-ROM with the magazine  of the Federal Parliament  2/2000. On opening the blue envelope one was welcomed by the address of Wolfgang Thierse the president of the German Federal Parliament  to the reader and citizens interested in democracy.
Mr. Wolfgang Thierse stated: It is for me a great desire, also with the help of the new media to make politics and above all the work of the German Federal Parliament transparent.We do not only want to inform you, but far more to encourage you to become active and take part in political life as we are definitely not disinterested as to what you think as to the questions of our time. The German Federal Parliament is no Parliament of "professional politicians" but represents the population.
