this case the child welfare office of Wilhelmshaven as well as the immigration
office who fall under the responsibility of the mayor and town clerk Eberhard
Menzel, intervene in the case at hand of international child abduction to
Germany and the boycott of access that has followed by disadvantaging and
discriminating against the foreign left behind parent with the intention
of influencing the running family court proceedings.

It is to be clarified in the civil proceedings applied for at the district
court of Wilhelmshaven will of it's own accord apply against the responsible
persons, of the child welfare office and the immigration office of the
city of Wilhelmshaven, on the grounds of their documented harmful action
towards the well being of the children.
It is to be clarified in the civil proceedings applied for at the district
court of Wilhelmshaven how far the city of Wilhelmshaven on the grounds
of the documented harmful actions which are damaging to the well being
of the children will take personal consequence for it's actions and to
what degree does the city of Wilhelmshaven consider to make voluntary repatriations
payments in respect of the court ordered access with the children that
was boycotted with the help of the child welfare office of the city of
Wilhelmshaven, access which was not enforced for a period of one year.
