Dear Prof. Pöttering,
I write to you as a further consequence of the letter written to you by
Mrs Mary Banotti on the 07.01.2004, on behalf of the President of the European
parliament Mr. Pat Cox. Mrs Banottiwrote to you in her capacity as The European
Parliament President's Mediator on Transnationally Abducted Children, which
was accompanied by the letter of the 10.11.2003 to Dr Horst Heitland of the
German Federal Minister of Justice with copies to Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder,
Ms Brigitte Zypries, Federal Minister of Justice and Ms Evelyne Gepbhardt
MEP, in which I am named and my case is put forward as CASE V (South Africa/Germany)

I write to you to make personal contact to you so that I can fill you in
on further details of my case and what is going on in Germany in general in
the case of international child abductions to Germany and the resulting human
rights violations, a situation which should horrify you to the core as a
faction leader of a leading faction at the European Parliament and as professor
of law.
In order to defeat the jurisdiction of the South African High Court the
children’s mother removed the children to Germany in contravention of South
African law. The resulting violation of basic human rights and the perversion
of the rule of German, European and international law has only been made
possible by the direct and deliberate involvement of the CDU politician
Dr. Uwe Biester who occupies positions in both local government as well
as in the state government of Lower Saxony. Dr. Uwe Biester MdL sits on the
judicial controlling body of the state government (Justizprüfungsamt)
a position which gives him the possibility to exercise considerable influence
over the court proceedings as well as over the presiding judge of the district
court Wilhelmshaven. In addition he is also as a member of the city council
of the city Wilhelmshaven, in a position that allows him to directly and
adversely influence the social services (Jugendamt) to the advantage of the
German abducting and boycotting parent in gaining very biased and favourable
recommendations to the family court of the district court of Wilhelmshaven
from the social services department (Jugendamt).

The behaviour and working methods in this case of international child abduction
to Germany of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) politician and attorney
Dr Biester very clearly conflict with his position as politician and his duty
as a politician, which is surely a disgrace to the entire German nation in
particular in the context of Germany in a united Europe. In this regard
can you please institute an official investigation by the CDU into my allegations
of improper conduct by Dr. Biester in regards to his part played in legalising
international child abduction to Germany and the boycott of access and the
political persecution of the foreign victim parent over a period of eight
years.
My request to you as my representative to the European Parliament, due to
the letter written to you by Mrs Banotti, as well as due to your position
in the CDU party and your standing as a Professor of Law are for you to make
a full and thorough investigation and enquiry into what has been going on
in my personal case, a case which can only be viewed as a crime against humanity
and disgrace to the Federal Republic of Germany, where a senior German politician
in the CDU party, judges of both the district court of Wilhelmshaven and higher
regional court of Oldenburg, the office of the public prosecutor of Oldenburg
as well as the social services department of the city of Wilhelmshaven and
a number of other players appear to be working together in want can be nothing
other that a criminal conspiracy to apply what appears to be a German nationalistic
ideology and the application of Germanisation and brainwashing of abducted
binational children.
In addition to the above my many years of investigation and research into
what is going on in Germany in regards to international child abductions,
in particular my personal experiences over the last two and three quarter
years, as well as my very close contact to a very large number of parents
who have also had children abducted to Germany no doubt have made me into
a leading world expert on the subject of child abductions to Germany and the
resulting human rights violations by German authorities in particular the
German judiciary and the social services department (Jugendamt) which will
very much assist you in understanding the problem and of finding solutions
to the problems as requested by Mrs Banotti in the name of the President of
the European parliament Mr. Pat Cox.
There are a number of very serious allegations that I have made that require
serious and immediate attention, therefore can you please make arrangements
for us to meet to discuss the situation further and for me to present you
with the evidence that I have at your very nearest opportunity.
