Dear Mr. Duin,

just a very short word to thank you for receiving and listening to my grievances this morning the 25 February 2004 in Emden, Germany and for offering your full support and assistance to bring this issue to an acceptable and civilised conclusion is greatly welcomed and appreciated by me.

For the record I am the foreign father of English/ Irish/German decent the father of two multi-national children J-M and S Hickman who were abducted to Germany in 1995 and again in January 1996. They have not had to go through the horror and psychological trauma of international child abduction once they have had to go through the horror and psychological trauma of international child abduction twice at the hands of their German parent and their German grandmother, followed by the psychological trauma of the boycott of access and parental alienation that has followed. As explained in great detail the boycott of access could never have taken place if the CDU politician for the sate of Lower Saxony, Dr. Uwe Biester had not taken an active and personal interest in ensuring that the normal course of justice could not take place (Note: Dr. Biester and the abducting and boycotting of access grand parents Uwe and Ursula F are members of the local CDU group in Wilhelmshaven and close friends of Dr. Biester). Dr. Uwe Biester has successfully ensured the efficient perversion of the rule of law. The children’s attorney/ judge assessor uncle, Bruce Hickman has put it as follows in his letter of the 28 January 2004 to the South African President Mbeki “The German courts and other organs of the State of Germany have since then been involved in a cynical and orchestrated endeavour to deny justice to these South African citizens”.

To recap on the most important point.

I believe that family matters are family matters and therefore must be sorted out by families in a dignified civilised responsible adult manner, if needs be with appropriate help. In this regard our family medical doctor, Dr. Klaus Höfken has offered his services as mediator, in particular as he is concerned as to effect that the stress is having  on the health of every member of the family. That means direct negotiation with one another in a dignified civilised responsible adult manner together with an unbiased mediator agreed to by both parties. My proposal is Dr. Höfken.

Therefore the urgent request to Dr. Biester to arrange a meeting between me and him to sort out the details in the matter of mediation together with the mother of my children in a civilised and responsible adult manner. This is no matter for a corrupt and uncaring irresponsible court of law, the lives and wellbeing of two young children are being destroyed by the power play that he is directing. He has a responsibility towards the citizens of Lower Saxony in particular in Wilhelmshaven as he is our representative to the state government, to see that the law is fairly and correctly applied in particular due to his position on the judicial review board of the State Government. Dr Uwe Biester is there to see that the system is not abused, not to himself  abuse the system, to use the system to abuse the rights of multi-national children and their foreign parent of English/ Irish/German decent. It is the responsibility to report corrupt judges for disciplinary action, not to encouraging them under his watchful eye to abuse the law to suit his own financial and other purposes. The district court of Wilhelmshaven under his supervision has lost all credibility, respectability and authority and has thereby reduced itself under his guidance to little more than a judicial circus, a judicial circus that not one can in future take seriously in regards to the case Hickman ./. Hickman.

When you contact mayor Menzel please bear in mind that he is fully aware of my case because he himself has treated me in a most abominable inhuman way and that his Jugendamt in the persons of Dieter Viering and Klaus Jürjens are directly involved in the violating of the multi-national children's rights in particular the brainwashing and Germanisation of the two children. Both men have gone out of their way to act in a totally biased way to help the German abducting parent and to terrorise the victim foreign  parent, going so far as to have me intimidated under supervision by police officer Has and to lay bogus criminal charges against me in an effort to intimidate me into forgetting that I have children in Germany, and never returning to Germany. Further more mayor Menzel is well informed as he has also been directly involved in the threat of deportation if I dare to go to Brussels to report to the European parliament on what is going on here in his administration and at the district court of Wilhelmshaven. I therefore would also like a meeting directly with mayor Menzel together with a member of the SPD in Wilhelmshaven so that I can lay my cards on the table.

With many thanks

Michael Hickman
