Re: Prof.
Dr. Hans-Peter Mayer
Dear Mrs Banotti,
it has just come to my notice that one of your European Parliament colleagues,
Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Mayer is a professor of law, in addition he is a member
of the local Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and is well acquainted to two
members of the CDU party who have played and continue to play a crucial role
to ensure the boycott of access to my two children, furthermore he will be
presenting a talk on the consequences of an enlarged Europe in April following
the traditional asparagus evening to the woman’s group of the CDU in Wilhelmshaven.
This group is chaired by Mrs Ursula B the wife of the politician attorney
who has successfully represented the German abducting mother of my children
in her eight year successful effort to prevent me access to them and vice
versa, children who were illegally brought to Germany in 1996. Mrs B plays
a very crucial and active role in the whole affair. She is a close friend
and party colleague of the abducting grandmother of the children, she has
been observed to have taken a great personal interest in the whole affair,
conversations directly with her have confirmed her bias and total support
towards the German abducting parent and grandparents (who have committed
the crime of assisting in parental child abduction) and holds the view that
I have no right of access to my children, that I should return to South Africa
and leave all in peace .
As you are no doubt aware I have extensively researched the subject of parental
child abduction, boycott of access and parental alienation I have personally
discussed my case with many of the world’s experts in this field including
Dr. Richard Gardner when he was in Frankfurt, Dr. Wilfried von Boch- Galhau
and Dr. Walter Andritzki and have read the report to the UN CRC by Dr Nancy
Faulkner. I am very well informed as to the harmful effects this has on young
children, which makes me very concerned as to the psychological trauma that
my children are being put through and the harmful effects thereof, in particular
their future mental health and general wellbeing. Therefore I would
like to use the opportunity to request that you approach Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter
Mayer with the urgent request for him to take a personal interest in this
case and to use his influence to bring about an acceptable working solution
to the problem. Prof. Mayer should also be asked to contact Dr. Uwe Biester
and his wife, both of whom have played and continue to play a very crucial
role in this dirty business, to convinced them that this matter should be
settled in a responsible adult manner as soon as is practicable as the lives
of two young children and their wellbeing are at considerable risk.
I believe that the only responsible response from Dr.
Uwe Biester would be to immediately enter into talks and negotiation directly
with me so as to ensure that this matter is brought to a conclusion as soon
as is possible.
Hopefully I do not need to make it known to either Prof. Dr. Mayer and in
particular to Dr. Uwe Biester the importance and urgency of the matter considering
the risk to which the children are being exposed as long as the matter remains
unresolved. For Dr. Biester to continue to deliberately enflame the situation
or to simply ignore the matter and hope that it will resolve it’s self is
very wishful thinking. To think that if I simply disappear off the face of
the earth this would be in the best interest of the children, would also
be wishful thinking. In fact to continue to ignore the problem or to fail
to find an acceptable out of court solution to the problem would be criminal.
I expect Dr. Uwe Biester to begin to act in an adult and responsible manner
towards the victim children in particular because of his political appointment
to the judicial regulating board of the state government and the political
and moral responsibility that goes with his appointment. In this regard I
must point out that parental child abduction falls under the German criminal
code § 235, which can result in a maximum jail sentence of up to ten
years, child abduction is therefore a crime in Germany, a crime that Dr.
Biester has gone out of his way to condone and to support, this must surely
be a conflict of interests considering his political appointment.
I do want to make it absolutely clear that although I have pointed out the
issue of the criminal act committed by the German abducting parent that I
do not want to pursue the issue against her or to take out revenge against
the mother of my children, she is their mother and will always remain their
mother, a mother who I will always encourage my children to love and to respect
regardless of the circumstances, however I will use it as a lever to
get her to the negotiating table.
Yours Faithfully
