20 July 2004

Dear Chancellor Schroeder,

you put on a very fine show and said many fine words to the world in regards to the German resistance against Adolf Hitler and the nazi regime, good window dressing, good image building for Germany.
You have praised those who stood up against nazis and the nazi regime therefore I now request that you please stand up and do something positive about the nazi elements within your own government, within the German judiciary and social services departments known as "Jugendamt" which are presently giving Germany such a bad name abroad.

As you know I am one of hundreds of victim foreign parents who have had their children abducted to Germany, parents who have not had contact to their children for years, parents who have to constantly face threats, intimidation, blackmail and so on from German officials who by their own actions and their ideologies prove that they can be nothing other that nazis. This Friday the 23 July 2004 I am once again up against a German judge, judge Staubwasser who appears to have nothing else in mind than to punish me and my two minor victim South African born children just because I have dared to speak out against nazi like actions and intimidation against me and my declared abhorrence of all such actions in regards to child abductions to Germany.

Chancellor Schroeder you are well aware of my case as the President of the European Parliament had a letter written to you only a few months ago. You are also very aware of the many other international cases because you have been approached by President Jaques Chirac, President Bill Clinton  and Prime Minister Tony Blair on the issue.

I request that you please urgently stand up to these nazi individuals within your own government, judiciary etc. that are making the lives of a very large number of victim foreign citizens both within Germany and abroad a living hell.

Dear Chancellor Schroeder please replace your fine words to the world with positive and immediate actions. I request a prompt answer from your as to your intentions in this regard.

Yours faithfully

Michael Hickman
