maybe you need to be the one who is being very slowly murdered, being very
slowly murdered in instalments, maybe you should experience the dreadful
agony that one goes through, dying a little at a time day by day, then maybe
you would have a very different personal attitude towards me and the family
tragedy that I am living through. Then just maybe you would act as a human
being towards me and treat me like one in turn. I am certainly no "Untermensch"
(sub-human) I am certainly not inferior to you or any other German, just
because I was born in another country, I am also a child of God, just like
you. I do not have any less worth, I do not have less feelings than you have,
I hurt just the same a you do, I suffer just the same as you do. It is inhuman
and disgusting the way I am being treated and you know that very well, so
get off of your high horse. I could just imagine the complaint that would
come from you or any other German who was treated in the inhuman disgusting
manner that I am being treated. The whole world would come to and end.
Have you no idea what pain, suffering, humiliation and insult I am being
put through daily by German officials, by allowing me to stay to complete
my legal proceedings and to fight to have access to my children, etc you
are not doing me a favour, as you have nothing of yours to give me. I have
rights, I am a human being just like you, I have feelings just like you,
I hate injustice just as you do, I have the right to access to my family
and a right to be here just in case my children decide for themselves that
they want to come to me, Art 6 GG Art 8 UMRK clearly makes this point,
I have rights just as you do, even although I am not a German citizen.
Have you no idea what my parents have gone through, have you no idea how
my father died, he died such a terrible death two years ago, I have had to
watch this tragedy which has been caused by the blatant, criminal and inhuman
acts of German officials here in Wilhelmshaven, have you no idea what my
children have gone through. Even you have played and continue to play your
own special part.
It is very easy to say that you are only doing your job, to say you are only
doing what you have been instructed to do, that you are only doing your duty
to Germany, so did every single person who was responsible for the brutal
cold blooded murder of 14 million people here in Europe in the 1930's and
1940's, just the same was said when Germans were killed by other Germans
when they attempted to cross from East to West Germany only a few years ago,
you know what I mean. Furthermore you are a Christian, I do not need to explain
that one any further than to say that you must put your Christian principles
and the commands of God as laid down in the Bible before those of your employer.
You can of course deny God that is your choice.
You are using the same reasoning that many did who said
I was only doing my job, I was only carrying out instructions, I rely on
my job etc. You have a moral responsibility that you can not pass on to someone
else you are responsible for your very own actions and I will not let you
escape from this responsibility.
Dear Britta you are dealing with a true life tragedy where real live people
are concerned, if you do nothing about this matter just remember it is those
who refuse to act in a humane and civilised manner, that are the ones who
have given and continue to give Germany and Germans such a bad name abroad.
You know as well as I do that I have a right to residence here in Germany,
on more than one ground, the very least of which is on humanitarian grounds,
if you wanted to you certainly could help me and my children, even if it
was only to do so privately by giving me advice as well as moral and Christian
support, but you yourself have decided to make this a personal private issue
against me and to treat me in the manner that you have.
I can assure you I will not take any more such abuse of my natural and legal
rights lying down, I will fight this particular issue right up to the European
Court of Human Rights and on every other level I can, in particular in the
media, I will win in the end.
I suggest that you be adult enough to contact me so
that we can discuss these issues in a reasonable and responsible manner as
a solution must be found.
I will not let the German state with your help steal
my children from me and my family without a huge fight, as it is barbaric
what is going on in my case of the illegal kidnapping of my children to Germany
and the support for this disgusting crime that the German parent has received
here in Wilhelmshaven. As said before no different to the 1930's and 1940's.
You are not dumb you are not uninformed you know exactly what is going on
here so you know that I am right in my evaluation of the situation.
Please do not forget you are acting on behalf of Germany your actions or
failure to act in a humane civilised manner will affect the reputation of
Germany.
