We have received extremely disturbing and horrifying reports in Canada
and the United States from Europe about the continuing Human Rights violations
against Mr. Michael Hickman in Germany.
Mr. Hickman is a South African citizen.
We have been informed by Mr. Hickman that his two South African Children
were illegally abducted from South Africa and taken to Germany against their
will, by his former German wife, approximately eight and a half years ago.
Mr. Hickman has a web-site which will provide you with some deep insight
as to the tragic circumstances of this case.

Mr. Hickman has advised us that he is going to be deported from Germany
and that he will not be allowed to pursue the family court matter. This will
be devastating for his family. His Children will be deprived of their loving
Father. This must not be allowed to happen.
There will be outrage around the world if something is not done. This case
has now become extremely high profile and more and more questions are being
raised every day.
In addition to many other issues, Mr. Hickman, in his own words, has advised
us of the following horrific facts:
1. "The Mayor of Wilhelmshaven denied me my right to travel to South Africa
to be with my family after the death of my father in July 2002. They refused
me permission to travel to South Africa to bury my father.
2. "Three weeks after the death of my father, my brother died after a tragic
motorcycle accident. Once again I was denied the opportunity by the German
authorities to travel to South Africa".
3. "In October 2003, I was invited by the President of the European Parliament
to travel to Brussels to address a select group of European Parliamentarians
to inform them on the situation of child abductions to Germany, and, in
addition, for them to see if they could help find a solution to my own particular
problem with access to my children in Germany. Once again I was denied the
right to travel within Europe to go to the European Parliament by Mr. Ralf
Janssen of the Immigration Office of Wilhelmshaven and the Mayor of Wilhelmshaven,
Mr Eberhard Menzel".
There must be an immediate investigation by your Ministry in South Africa
into this shocking case.
"Fathers-4-Justice" in the United Kingdom are being copied on all correspondence
concerning Mr. Hickman.
"Father-4-Justice" is a new Civil Rights group which began in Britain recently
and they are now expanding rapidly world-wide. There are many thousands
of members in this incredibly fast growing organization which promotes a
Child's right to see both their Parents, and their Grand-parents. Justice
is coming, it is just a matter of time.

Thousands of members of many other Human Rights Groups across all of North
America and around the world are also outraged after reading just a few
of the details of Mr. Hickman's tragedy.
We all require further information from you as to what immediate action
can, and will be taken by your Government.
For information purposes only, Mr. Hickman's address in South Africa is
135 Torquay Avenue, Durban 4052.
A very important question many of us are asking:
"How would you personally feel, and what would you do, if you were in Mr.
Hickman's horrendous and deplorable situation?" "Would you personally give
up your right to see your own Children or would you fight indefinitely?"
I cannot imagine the tremendous anger and frustration that I would feel.
I would never give up, not ever.
If we allow this to happen to Mr. Hickman and his children, then we too
must be found guilty of these serious violations of their Human Rights. If
the matter is not corrected immediately, there will be an even greater epidemic
of such cases.
Mr. Hickman's two children must be returned to South Africa with their
Father forthwith.
Could you please contact Mr. Hickman at his address and/or by phone in
Germany.
Your immediate attention is requested and we look forward to receiving
your confirmation of your successful action in being able to communicate
with him.

Please help stop child abuse
This inhumane, barbaric action by the immigration
office of Wilhelmshaven and it's uncaring inhuman officials will effectively
deprive my children of a father for all time.
Just a few points of further comment in regards to the inhumane barbaric
treatment by the immigration office of the city of Wilhelmshaven that is
threatening to prevent me access to my children abducted to Germany eight
and a half years ago by deporting me from Germany so as to prevent me from
continuing with my legal proceedings to gain access to my victim abducted
children, children that are being held hostage in Germany.
By deporting me it will also prevent the children from seeking contact
to me of their own free will as has been done by my youngest son S. recently.
This inhumane, barbaric action by the immigration office and it's uncaring
inhuman officials will effectively deprive my children of a father for all
time.
The very same uncaring inhuman immigration officials as well as the mayor
of Wilhelmshaven denied my the right to travel to South Africa to be with
my family after the death of my father in July 2002, they refused me permission
to travel to South Africa to bury my father.

of Wilhelmshaven.

These officials are no different to those of 60 years ago they are totally
unconcerned with human suffering, they are most unconcerned if one is murdered
in instalments or if one dies in instalments, in fact in my case I am sure
that they will rejoice if I should die as a result of their barbaric inhumane
actions as they would then have me out of the way.
I thank those who have already contacted the responsible persons and authorities,
those who have not done so please do such crimes against humanity must not
go unnoticed. The whole situation could be solved very easily and quickly
if they would only deport my children back to South Africa together with
me.
The responsible inhumane German officials and judge
that want to deprive children of a father are.
