Children John-Michael and Sebastian Hickman unlawfully abducted to Germany

Dear Mrs. Gebhardt,

I hereby write to establish contact to you and to establish your intentions as to finding a solution to this very long overdue problem.

I am Michael Hickman, a South African by birth, the lawful biological father of two sons John-Michael and Sebastian Hickman also South African citizens by birth. My two sons were unlawfully abducted from South Africa to Germany on the 29 November 1995 and again on the 21 January 1996 by their German born mother Nicola Hickman (Now Ricklefs) and the children’s German born grandmother Ursula Focken. Since the unlawful abduction to Germany over nine years ago the abducting parent and grand parents have done all in their power to prevent access to the victim children who are being held hostage in Germany.

In addition the German State Apparatus has gone out of it’s way to legalize these disgusting barbaric unlawful acts using every underhanded, unethical, illegal, trick in the book. This in particular applies to the German politician and attorney Dr. Uwe Biester MdL CDU who is a member of the “Justizprüfungsamt”

The records of the European Parliament President’s Mediator For Transnationally Abducted Children Mrs. Mary Bannotti record very clearly and comprehensively the case in question and the efforts made by Mrs. Bannotti to find a solution up until her retirement.

These children are victims of international child abduction by the abducting parent and grand parents which is child abuse and of the systematic German State run child abduction and abuse and require urgent assistance from the European Parliament.

I respectfully request that you please inform me at your soonest convenience if you intend to assist in this very politicized systematic German State violation of the basic human rights of these two children.
