Question from the higher regional court of Oldenburg by the German judge Kuhlmann to the foreign left behind father for his comment, in in regards to the request for rejection of the possible grounds of being biased made by the German family judge Bessel of the district court of Wilhelmshaven. The German family judge Bessel had previously in his previous capacity of a criminal judge conducted a criminal case against the foreign parent in his absence. The criminal matter, the city of WILHELMSHAVEN vs. HICKMAN concerned criminal charges laid against the foreign left behind parent, initiated by the social officials, here the child welfare office (Jugendamt) of the city of Wilhelmshaven, in response to the official criticism made to the South African and international social services regarding discrimination. |

The mayor of the city of Wilhelmshaven Eberhard Menzel makes known his willingness, to sponser if required the possible exibition to Nazi injustice and nazi judiciary at the district court of Wilhelmshaven. While the mayor Eberhard Menzel ignores to date previous official demands and questions which remain unanswered, the mayor Eberhards Menzel now reacts with the speed of light following the official submission to the district court of Wilhelmshaven to open civil proceedings against the city of Wilhelmshaven in respect to reparation payments amoungst other matters. |

and intimidation my the German judge Huelsebusch of the district court of
Wilhelmshaven against the foreign left behind parent who is the victim of
international child abduction to Germany, The German judge Huelsebusch
insults and slanders the applicant and children’s father with the statement,
that the applicant and children’s father "twists the facts ", without grounding
or substantiating his accusation. The German judge Huelsebusch also complains,
that the applicant and children’s father "insistingly wants to be right ",
while the German judge Huelsebusch deliberately covers the documented incorrect
working methods of the German jurists as well as the social and administrative
authorities in international child abduction and boycott of access to Germany. |
