The president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert reacts on the complaint to the supervision authority against judges of the district court of Wilhelmshaven. Despite the documented  of the court onon enforcementrdered access and the repeated deliberate undue delay of proceedings over the period of one year Mr. Schubert states that he would see no hint that the competent judges have acted with hesitation or would have decided in an arbitrary manner. The president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert uses as his reasoning the case history, that he builds together out of the files of the district court of Wilhelmshaven to suit his ends (consult the case study). The president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert ignores the deliberate delay of procedures over a period of one year as well as the deliberate non enforcement of the court ordered access over a period of one year in the wake of international child abduction to Germany, to come to his decision that his responsible German judge colleague "has not acted hesitantly" and "has not decided in an arbitrary manner".

The president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert informs of the forwarding of the complaint to the supervision authorities against the president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert to the president of the higher regional court of and recommends to enter criminal charges at the competent prosecutor of Oldenburg. While the president of the regional court of Oldenburg Mr. Schubert who before greeted the  described as being correct the deliberate delay of proceedings as well as the deliberate refusal to enforce the court ordered access over a period of one year following international child abduction to Germany by his German judge colleague, the president of the regional court now reacts with the complaint and criminal charges laid against him.
