Here you will find a selection of letters written
by Michael Hickman to various German and South African
politicians and to various Government officials, including
the South African President Mr.Thabo Mbeki, regarding
his two South African children who were unlawfully taken
to Germany in 1996, children that he has had no meaningful contact
to since they were abducted to Germany.
You will also find a selection of letters written
to the German mother of my children.
Most of these letters have
been ignored or have simply gone unanswered, where
replies have been received if any these replies have also
been published.

Although I sent the origional letter via registered mail and sent
numerous emails I have to date not heard a single word from the Chancellor
of his office.

Dear Chancellor Schroeder,
you put on a very fine show and said many fine words to the world
in regards to the German resistance against Adolf Hitler and the nazi
regime, good window dressing, good image building for Germany
. From within your own administration foreign victim parents
have to constantly face threats, intimidation, blackmail and so on from German
officials who by their own actions and their ideologies prove that they can
be nothing other that nazis.
Dear Chancellor Schroeder please replace your fine words to the
world with positive and immediate actions. I request a prompt answer
from your as to your intentions in this regard.
Although I sent the origional letter via registered mail and sent
numerous emails I have to date not heard a single word from the
Chancellor or his office. From his reaction it is very clear that the German
Chancellor either does not have the courage to stand uo the the resurrection
of nazi ideology and practice within his administration or he in fact
personally support such nazi activity. You can be the judge.

the headmaster of the Agnes Miegel School, Mr Bueltena in response to
my letter of the 28.09.04.
Instead of Mr Bueltena answering my question in regards to providing
me with the legal basis for his refusal to give me information in regards
to my
son John-michael who was unlawfully abducted to Germany, Mr Bueltena
has decided to resort to coercion and threatening tactics, including the
threat of laying of criminal charges against me. This has certainly been
done so as to detract from the issue at hand, as he has made no effort
whatsoever to answer my question as to the legal basis for his refusal
to give me the information that I am legally and morally entitled to.
Comment of the Authors:
Clearly some things are done very differently here in Germany
to the Anglo Saxon World.
Clearly there is a very
big difference of the understanding of the concept of fair play
and the respect for the natural and legal rights of all human beings between
Germany and the Anglo Saxon World.
Dear Mr Buetlena,
the choice is yours and yours alone, if
you feel that a particular cap fits then you are fully entitled to
choose for yourself and to wear it if you so desire. In a free society
the choice is yours and yours alone as to what you choose, as well as
how you conduct yourself. In a free society you take full responsibility
for your own decisions and actions.
I would however like to point out the fact to you that young
children are being abused, if you want to continue to be party to child
abuse and human rights violations you are certainly at liberty to make
your own choice.
We do live in a free society or do we not?

My reply to the
refusal of the headmaster of the Agnes Miegel school who has again
refused me information in regards to my son John-michael who was
unlawfully abducted to Germany without giving any valid legal grounds
for his refusal to co-operage. I have rejected his rely to me with the
contempt that it deserves and have asked for his full justification, including
the exact laws and paragraphs thereof that he has used to base his decision
not to give me information on. His reply is once again the standard reply
from German officials that is only too well known to foreign parents who
have had their children abducted to Germany. This attitude is not to be
tolerated as it stinks of race and gender discrimination (not to mention
other aspects which are well known to the world at large). This official
attitude on the part of the headmaster Bültena of the Agnes Miegel
School gives full support and approval to international child abduction,
as well as cultural and parental alienation. This who affair stinks of
Germany's disgusting past.

The headmaster
of the Agnes Miegel school, Mr Bueltena in his reply states that
he fully understands my desire to access to information in regards to my son
John-Michael but he regrets that he may not give me any information
as is stated in the divorce certificate that I am forbidden contact to my
children. He can therefore give me no information in regards to my son John-michael.
As a headmaster he should surely be in a position to read and understand
his own mother tongue. If you read the decision
of the court of the 12.08.97 16F 298/86 you will see for yourself
that he is either incompetent to read and understand his own mother tongue,
he is clearly dancing to someone else's music, or he is a "typical German
fascist". His answer is however not unusual, this is the typical, standard,
uncaring, inhuman German reply all foreign parents receive from all
German officials concerned following the unlawful abduction of their
children to Germany. Why am I not entitled to information to my children???
Why are other parents of unlawful abductions to Germany not
allowed information as regards to their children???

I have gone through the same
grief for eight and a half years and have continued to do so
every single day for eight and a half years. I have grieved the
loss of my children. I still grieve the loss of my children. I have
died a little bit each and every day, but no one in Germany cares.
No one at all... I am just a nuisance that must be got rid of just as

I have been here in Germany

To inform the South
African President and Government of serious child abuse,
in particular on the part of the German grandfather and
German grandmother that has been covered up since the abduction
of my children to Germany by the German attorney and politician
representing the German abducting parent as well as by other
participants, in particular officials of the social services department

the City of Wilhelmshaven, and the so called "attorney for the

These serious

the United States from Europe about the continuing Human Rights
violations against Mr. Michael Hickman in Germany. Mr. Hickman
is a South African citizen.

For Transnationally Abducted Children requesting assistance
to help. She said that there are still some long-standing,
well documented cases, where foreign parents are not being granted
visiting rights and even where visiting rights are recognized
they are unable to exercise them. This causes considerable distress
and frustration, and forces parents to seek alternative means of
redress. It is clear that there is a complete breakdown of confidence
in the Jugendamt structure and in the family court system in Germany
as far as these foreign parents are concerned.

Here is a letter I wrote to
my member of the European parliament Mr. Garrelt Duin,
following our meeting that day in Emden. He is in addition
the chairman of the Social Democrats for the region Weser-Ems.
At the meeting Mr Duin promised to contact the mayor of Wilhelmshaven
Eberhard Menzel to request his help. Three days later Mr. Duin met
with mayor Menzel as was reported with a photograph in the local
newspaper (picture to follow below), the mayor has to date not contacted
me. To date my letter has not been answered although I have sent numerous
reminders, which are to be published below. To date nothing has been
done by him to assist .

Here is a second letter I

in his official capacity as a member of the judicial controlling
body (Justizprüfungsamt) of the state government of Lower Saxony,
to observe for himself, to take our questions and to explain to
us exactly what has happen in a case of human rights violations
and the denial of legal remedy in a case that he is directly involved
in, in both his private capacity as an attorney and in his official
capacity as the responsible politician.

in response Banottio the letter received from received Hartenbach
of the German Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin. The letter
you received shows very clearly that the German authorities
do not ever intending taking the matter seriously or taking
responsibility for their actions or the actions of their
citizens. It shows that they have no intention whatsoever of
addressing the problem in an objective and honest manner to bring
about an end to the suffering of the children and the families
involved. Judge Eberhard Carl very clearly said to me that if I do
not stop fighting for what he called “my legal rights” and stop
reporting what is going on in Germany to the press he would himself
personally see to it that I never again have contact to my children.
At the moment the German authorities appear to be more than willing
to use every dirty method possible to enflame and worsen the situation,
to force the foreign victim parents to make mistakes so that they can
then say look there look what he or she has done, did we not tell you
so. This is good reason why the
foreign parent should never have contact to the children unlawfully
taken to Germany again. This justifies every disgusting criminal act
conducted against the victims by the German authorities.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Mayer is a professor
of law, in addition he is a member of the local Christian Democratic
Union (CDU) and is well acquainted to two members of the CDU party
who have played and continue to play a crucial role to ensure the
boycott of access to my two children. Mrs B plays a very crucial
and active role in the whole affair. She is a close friend and party
colleague of the abducting grandmother of the children, she has been
observed to have taken a great personal interest in the whole affair,
conversations directly with her have confirmed her bias and total support
towards the German abducting parent and grandparents.

This same treatment
that I have been experiencing here in Wilhelmshaven I have
often witnessed back home where white officials treated black
people as if they were nothing more than a pile of cow dung.
What is going on in Wilhelmshaven in particular what I experienced
today at the district court of Wilhelmshaven is so disgusting,
so revolting that I do not have words to describe what I experienced.
I certainly hope that you do have a conscience and a sense of civil
responsibility, that you in your private capacity as a responsible
German citizen, as well as a child of God that you will speak out
against such abuses in particular when one is dealing with abuses
of young children for very dubious and criminal reasons.

Maybe you need to be
the one who is being very slowly murdered, being very slowly
murdered in instalments, maybe you should experience the dreadful
agony that one goes through, dying a little at a time day by
day, then maybe you would have a very different personal attitude
towards me and the family tragedy that I am living through.
I hurt just the same a you do, I suffer just the same as you do.
Have you no idea what pain, suffering, humiliation and insult I
am being put through daily by German officials, by allowing me to
stay to complete my legal proceedings and to fight to have access
to my children, etc. are not doing me a favour, as you have nothing
of yours to give me. Have you no idea what my parents have gone through,
have you no idea how my father died, he died such a terrible death two
years ago, I have had to watch this tragedy which has been caused by the
blatant, criminal and inhuman acts of German officials here in Wilhelmshaven,
have you no idea what my children have gone through.
