The Fascist Swamp

is about the unlawful abduction of my children John-Michael and Sebastian Hickman from South Africa to Wilhelmshaven, Germany and the  fiasco surrounding the case where over a period of ten years judges, politicians, social workers, pastors and ordinary members of the local community have acted together in a criminal union to systematically culturally alienate and to prevent all access between the victim abducted children and their foreign roots.

The aims of this section are multifold.

The main objective is to bring this criminal and tragic story to the world in a humorous and informative manner as an example so that the mechanisms employed by German Judges, German officials, German politicians and other participants, both in Wilhelmshaven and Nation wide can be easily understood.

The second and equally important aim is to inform the world and in particular other victim parents of international child abductions to Germany and the systematic boycott of access that follows of the mechanisms that are at play in almost all cases of unlawful abductions to Germany. The names and the circumstances may be different in the other case but the political objectives, motivation and mechanics remain largely the same in each and every case.

This section attempts to prove that more than a little amount of systematic German nationalism is at play in the legalizing of international child abductions to Germany and the  systematic boycott of access that follows. This is particularly so in Wilhelmshaven a small naval city on the North Sea coast which has had two books, Dreckiger Sumpf and  Wilhelms wahnsinnige Erben written about the Wilhelmshaven Clique with it's mafia type structures that exist and the special relationship that are employed so that  a select group of people can live above the  law without the fear of negative consequences.

The individuals involved in my family matter are a disgrace to the German nation and to all decent law abiding German citizens, they are a disgrace to humanity at large and should be ostracized by society.

This section is designed to be interactive.

If you do not like the bad name give to the German Nation and all Germans in particular the residents of Wilhelmshaven by these inhuman, criminal individuals named in this on-line book then please get involved to expose and get rid of these individuals from your society once and for all time.

It is intended to write an online book following the example of those presented below in regards to the unlawful abduction of my children from South Africa to Wilhelmshaven and the considerable help the abductors have had from politicians, officials, clergy and members of the judiciary to legalese the abduction and to unlawfully prevent access to the children since then.

This book will be published in draft form page by page as it is written, mistakes and all, therefore many changes will be made, so be sure to come back from time to time to see what is new.

In this regard the editors of this site require your civil engagement and contributions. 

It is recommended that those who have not read the two books below make an effort to obtain and to read them as they are very enlightening, in particular as to the importance of "special political relationships" in Wilhelmshaven. Many of the major players who have played a role in preventing me from having access to my children are mentioned in these two books. Most of the major players in these two books have close personal relationships to the abducting grandparents and parent, without their help these violations of human rights could not have occurred.

Any one who has any information at all that may be of any use to the editors of this site or would be of interest to the general public in regards to these scandalous human rights violations and "special relationships" at the highest political levels, please make such information available to the editors. In addition, photos of the main role players and documents as regards to the special and scandalous relationships that exist between the abducting family and the major players would be greatly appreciated.

I, my children and their entire foreign family rely on your information to fill in the gaps and to see that justice is served.
