In accordance with the legal advice and the official recommendation of the legal representation Dr. Uwe Biester, member of the city council of Wilhelmshaven and a staff member at the Ministry of Justice, judiciary evaluation office (Justizprüfungsamt), of the Government of Lower Saxony.

During the proceedings at the district court of Wilhelmshaven on
international child abduction to Germany and resulting boycott of access the foreign left-behind parent is named and illustrated as "ill, insane and unable to engage in or conduct his own legal proceedings."

We document the "illness, insanity and inability to engage in legal
proceedings" of the foreign father who has been fighting since 1995 for access to his children abducted to Germany, and has been applying since then to the German authorities to find "remedies" for his illness.
