Dr. Uwe Biester is a German politician who is a member of Parliament for the CDU  (Christain Democratic Union) party.

In civil life Dr Uwe Biester is an attorney of law, he is also a politician who stands for the Christian Democratic Union or CDU. In his political life he is an elected member of the Parliament of the State of Lower Saxony representing the City of Wilhelmshaven where he is a member of the law commission (Justizprüfungsamt).  In his function as a member of the law commission (Justizprüfungsamt) one of his functions is the election and promotion of judges for  the State of Lower Saxony. Another function is to act as a legal watchdog for the State of Lower Saxony..

Although im most countries it would be a conflict of interests that would be against the law, punishable with a jail sentence to  hold both such a political post and at the same time represent clients before court.  However Dr Uwe Biester continues to practice law including appearances in the court in Lower Saxony, in fact Dr Uwe Biester openly trades on the fact that he holds various political posts and that he is a member of the law commission  (Mitglied des nds. Over  a period of over 14 years Dr Uwe Biester has openly and blatantly abused his political influence for his own financial gain. In the case of my children who where unlawfully taken to Germany and held virtual hostage there, he has blatantly defeated the ends of justice. He has used every dirty filthy trick and lie in the book to deny my victim children justice

Dr  Uwe Biester has blatantly used his political position and post on the law commission of the State of Lower Saxony  to gain himself a financial advantage in his private civil capacity as an attorney of law.  Dr Uwe Biester has used his political influence to blatantly violate fundament freedoms and human rights, he has used his political influence to deny justice.

For over one year the German Central Authority has been deliberately delaying my Hague Convention art 21 case for access to my son Sebastian until he turned 16 so that the matter could no longer be dealt with under the special terms of the Convention.

informed me that he has been appointed by the German Justice Ministry to representing me in this case and that I should make comment to the contend of the letter from the children's mother. See his letter to me,  furthermore he sent me a censored copy of a reply made by the children´s mother to the court in Wilhelmshaven, see her letter here  to a letter from the district court of Wilhelmshaven that I have to date not recieved. I am not going to translate the letter of the children´s mother , from my reply you will get a good idea of it´s content.

Legal representation in regards to information about and access to my son Sebastian Hickman who was unlawfully abducted to Germany

Dear Mr Hartmann,

before we proceed any further I would like to inform you that my application to the German Court via the South African Justice Department under the provisions of Art 21  Hague Convention for access and information in regards to my son Sebastian Richard Hickman who was unlawfully abducted from South Africa to Germany in January 1996 was primarily motivated so as to put German (in) Justice on trial on the world stage. To date German Justice has failed dismally as it is very clear that the Germany Judiciary and legal fraternity has a very different and perverted sense of justice to the rest of the civilised western world when it comes to such cases.

 Furthermore I will be copying as I normally do all correspondence to my brother, Barrister and Solicitor Bruce Hickman who before he emigrated to New Zealand served on the bench as Judge Assessor in the Supreme Court of South Africa, for his information, comment and advice.

 Lastly but certainly not least if you are under any political or other obligation to serve first and foremost the interests of the German State and not those of justice as is recognised by the world community or are in any other way expected not to represent me in a fair and proper manner on orders from a higher authority thereby denying me justice I would expect you not to represent me.

I wrote to the District Court of Wilhelmshaven to inform them that I will be personally taking care of my case and that I have given no mandate to anyone to legally represent me. I requested that they send me a copy of my entire file

Draft 3 submission in German to the district court in Wilhelmshaven regarding the unlawful abduction of my children to Germany over 14 years ago and my demand to have sole custody for Sebastain to be handed over to me so that I can protect him from further abuse.

I have sent this draft out to a number of people around the world including my sons with the request that they make comment  as well as suggestions and help put the grammar in order.

Having had no answer form the District Court of Wilhelmshaven for a period of over one month I wrote to them to inform them that they had cotravened the regulation 155 that states in such cases a hearing must be carried out within a time frame of one month at which both parties must be present.

My submission to the district court of Wilhelmshaven has informed the court of the legal position that they are in and have demanded the immediately return of my son Sebastian Richard Hickman to South Africa and that criminal charges be laid against the abducting mother in accordance with international agreements that Germany has signed as well as German criminal law.

Furthermore I have demanded that sole custody in Germany be immediaterly transfered into my name so that I can protect Sebastian from the absue he has suffered at the hands of his mother, the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven as well as the District Court of Wilhelmshaven. 

Lastly I informed the court that failure to abided by the law will present me with no option other than to take this matter up with the European Court of Human Rights.

The ball is now in their court let us now see how they play it!
