The modern JUGENDAMT is a
national-socialist-like state organization
The Jugendamt was
structured by the National Socialist Regime (Nazi Regime) under the
direct supervision of Heinrich Himmler
to establish the Reichsjugendwohl-fahrtgesetz (literally: law of
youth’s welfare in the Third Reich). This law from 1939 has been
carried over into today's Sozialgesetzbuches Buch VIII (Code of social
law, book VIII) as Jugendschutzgesetz (law for the protection of the
youth). It serves today's Jugendamt as the legal basis, to dissimulate
its hidden political function
The modern JUGENDAMT has remained a national-socialist-like
state organization, that brings up children on behalf of the German
Nation. The Jugendamt is a political institution that falls under the
direct control of the local political establishment. It's uncontrolled,
arbitrary might and close integration and linkage with the German
judiciary and the local police is not compatible with the
fundamental rules of universal justice and principles of human rights.

The Jugendamt makes
recommendations to the family court, recommendations that the family
court judge is obliged to endorse, in cases of international child
abduction the Jugendamt almost without failure recommends that sole
custody be awarded to the German parent that the foreign parent
only be permitted supervised contact to the child. The Jugendamt always
advises that the children are to remain in Germany.

is on record for having made the statement "The
Jugendamt uses brutal methods"
to intimidate and to subdue the victim foreign parents who demand
reasonable access to their children who are being held virtual
hostage in Germany
under the direction and watchfully eye of the Jugendamt.
The modern German Jugendamt has the function of old to ensure that the
principles of Lebensborn are closely adhered to.
The modern German
Jugendamt uses a number of brainwashing techniques to Germanize and
alienate foreign children who have been unlawfully abducted to Germany
They include:
1. Forced separation from family
2. Denial of access to family
3. Forced separation from friends
4. Forced separation from community
5. Restrictions on speaking any language other
than
German
6. Children are often being told that their
parents were
dead, did not want them or they were unfit
7. Children are being brainwashed into the
belief that the German way is
superior to their own culture
8. Children are being denied knowledge of their
past
9. German abductors are eligible for economic
incentives from German government via the Jugendamt.

The modern German
Jugendamt uses "Brutal methods" in line with the "Brutal Methods" used
by its architect during the holocaust to intimidate foreign parents
who are victims of child abduction to Germany
The modern German Jugendamt works in close co-operation with the German
police and the German family courts to deny the victims of child
abduction to Germany justice.
Heinrich Himmler the

Heinrich Himmler was the architect
of the holocaust but let no one be fooled into believing as the German
nation would like the world to believe, that all the
atrocities committed in Germany between 1930 and 1945 were only
committed by Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler and a
small band of Nazi followers. Let no one ever be fooled into believing
that after 1945 those that had committed these horrendous crimes
against
humanity were held accountable for their evil deeds. These atrocities
were in fact carried out by millions of ordinary German citizens, the
victims
of the holocaust where turned in to the authorities by hundreds of
thousands of ordinary German citizens. Apart from the millions of
victims that were ruthlessly murdered in cold blood
many of the victims were simply starved to death. Those millions of
ordinary German citizens who committed these atrocities were never held
accountable for their evil deeds they simply carried on with
their normal lives after 1945. The millions of German citizens who
committed these horrendous barbaric crimes never had any remorse for
what they had done. No wonder this same German mentality that what a
German does is always correct and acceptable still
reigns supreme in modern Germany today. That some one else must be to
blame, in the case of the victims of the holocaust, "they must
themselves have been to blame otherwise the Germans would have not done
to them what they did" , I have heard this statement more than once in
Wilhelmshaven Germany over the last few years. No wonder the the
German Jugendamt, the German family courts, German politicians
and the German
population act
in the manner that they do today.
Not much has changed in the minds of most German nationals since those
frightful days between 1930 and 1945. The evidence can clearly be seen
in the actions in particular of civil servasnts such as social
workers of the German Jugendamt, the German courts and in particular in
the minds of German politicians. For instance politicians such as Dr Uwe Biester CDU who in his private capacity
acts as an attorney and as a politician uses his political
position as a member of the law commission of the State of Lower Saxony
where he has influence over the judiciary to blatanly pervert the ends
of justice to deny the victims of child abduction to German justice.

This ever so
charming heiress to Heinrich Himmler has lots to answer for in denying
my children the right to a father after their unlawful abduction to
Wilhelmshaven Germany. For being responsible for having them held
hostage in Germany. For being responsible for them being Germanised and
alienated. For her crimes against my children and my family she should
spend many years behind bars where she belongs
Time and again in
her reports to the court she recommend that the children only have
supervised contact to their father or no contact at all. This
being translated into reality by the Jugendamt as being locked in
a small room with the children in a manner that is most degrading and
terrifying to the children concerned.
During a visit to
Germany in September 1999 on the request of Rita Eden-Reske police
officer Dieter Has made contact to me and used every dirty filthy
tactic in the book in an effort to intimidate and to terrify me so as
to ensure that I never ever returned to Germany again. He used "brutal
methods" that could only be described as "Gestapo methods" in his
attempt to intimidate me. Finally he "suggested" to me that I
should return to South Africa and forget that I had children in
Germany, I must however not forget to send monthly child support
payments to Germany. He went on to warn me that if I failed to heed his
warning and ever returned to Germany he or one of his colleagues would
have me arrested on trumped up charges such as the possession of drugs
and that I would be sent for a long period of time to a German jail.
When I returned to
South Africa I immediately contacted the South African representative
to the International Social Services at the Department of Social
Affairs and told her what had happened. I followed up my phone call
with an email outlining what had happened but in a much milder form.
This letter was forwarded to International Social Services in Germany
who forwarded it to the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven for comment.
In April 2000 in
spite of the threats made by police inspector Dieter Has on behalf of
Rita Eden-Reske of the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven I decided to travel once
again to Germany in an effort to see my children, as an insurance
policy I took my mother with me as a witness.
No sooner had I
arrived in Wilhelmshaven I was handed a letter by Dieter Viering in the
presence of Rita Eden-Reske of the Jugendamt in Wilhelmshaven
instructing me to make contact to a Inspector Bulla of the local
police. When I asked what it was about they said that it was nothing
important and that I should not worry about it but to present myself to
the police as soon as possible.
When I arrived at
the police station I was promptly arrested on charges of Beleidigung in
English Insult. As it turned out Rita Eden-Reske of the Jugendamt
Wilhelmshaven had laid criminal charges against me using my letter to
the South African Department of Social Welfare as her proof that she
felt justly insulted by my report outlining the intimidation and
terror tactics that had been used by police inspector Dieter Has on
behalf and under the supervision of the Jugendamt.
My arrest was a
very clearly another form of intimidation, a very clear warning to
reinforce their threat to me made in September 1999. Fortunately I had
taken my mother with me as an "insurance policy" and witness otherwise
the local police on behalf of the Jugendamt would very clearly have
carried out their threat made to me in September 1999. I was finally
released after I had paid a considerable amount of bail. I was later
tried in my absence without notification without legal representation.
I was found guilty a fine equal to the amount of the bail was the
sentence.
When one makes
allegations of nazi type or "Gestapo like " methods used, or "Brutal
methods" as coined by Marcin Libiki Chairman of the petitions committee
of the European Parliament being used by the Jugendamt one can
not be far wrong.
Looking back at the
events of the last 14 years right up until the present it is most clear
that Rita Eden-Reske from day one has systematically used Nazi and
Gestapo methods in her attempt to intimidate me and to deny my children
their birthright of having a loving caring English speaking father and
a loving caring English family named Hickman.
Very clearly Nazi and Gestapo methods have
been used all along in the manner of Lebensborn to Germanise and
alienate my children by Rita Eden-Reske of the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven.
Very clearly these Nazi and Gestapo methods have been partly successful
as my eldest son who could speak English, German and Zulu fluently when
he was 6 years old who is now in his final year of schooling can hardly
communicate in English, in fact the standard of his English is
appalling. The youngest son has been totally alienated, he has been
totally Germanised, he can barely speak a word of English. He is still
being held hostage in Germany with the help of Nazi and Gestapo methods
being employed by the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven.
Now that my eldest
son is of age he has attempted to gain access to his Jugendamt file
without success. Clearly Rita Eden-Reske does not want him to read for
himself how she used Nazi and Gestapo methods to intimidate me, how she
used Nazi and Gestapo methods to Germanise him, how she had ordered
police inspector Dieter Has to intimidate me. I myself have had the
opportunity to read parts of the Jugendamt file at the District Court
of Wilhelmshaven, I myself read the report of how together with the
children's mother the plan was hatched to have me intimidated by police
inspector Dieter Has and other shocking details. Unfortunately I was
not allowed to make any copies of the incriminating evidence.
Surely one day if
my son does get to read the file, it would have first been cleansed of
these horrific details as the truth can certainly never see the light
of day, the truth my never be given the opportunity to be spread around
the world by electronic means for all the world to read. The evidence
must surely never get into the hands of the Petitions committee members
of the European Parliament.
Very clearly Rita Eden-Reske by her own actions she has proven that she
has no more regard for children and their rights than those who were
responsible for the atrocities of the holocaust shown above.
The sooner these
German Jugendamt officials are tried and jailed for long periods of
time for their crimes against us and our families the better.
