A huge political scandal exists involving the former state psychiatrric hospital wehnen now known as the Karl-Jaspers-Klinik, Dr: Uwe Biester CDU member of the Parliament of Lower Saxony, judge Martin Staubwasser of the District Court Wilhelmshaven and Dr Heinz Winterscheid of the Karl-Jaspers-Klinik in regards to criminal collsion to deny legall justice. In addition Dr. Marianne Becker-Emner sells so called "psychiatric accessments" to corrupt politicians and judges to eliminate political opponents and those who refuse to be intimidated by the German state apparatus. This matter has been officially taken up with members of the European Parliament for investigation.

A so called "Psychiatric report" was made by the so called "professional ethical Psychiatrist" Dr. Heinz Winterscheid of the state psychiatric hospital Wehnen now known as the Karl-Jaspers-Klinik as a favour for the German judge Martin Staubwasser of the District Court of Wilhelmshaven and the German politician and attroney Dr Uwe Biester CDU so as to give them the grounds that they required to "euthanase" the foreign parent out of the lives of his two sons John-Michael and Sebastian Hickman for ever following their unlawful abduction to Germany eight and a half years previously

A little German history to put the present situation into perspective

Many Germans in a position of power in particular members of the German judiciary as well as their accomplices have for a long way back in German history enjoyed acting and reaping the benefits of acting in a fascist nazi manner in particular towards foreigners, but do not want to accept responsibility for their disgusting actions and crimes against humanity, because they are (Waschechte) German fascists.

For instance ordinary German officials and German judges helped cause the death of 43 million people during the nazi era, 12 million of which were killed in cold blood, all the crimes against humanity were performed by ordinary fascist German citizens, these people did not disappear from German society after the end of the nazi era, they were there before and remained thereafter. Therefore how can any foreigner be expected to view Germany any differently from then when this sort of thing continues today unabated. It is far to easy to blame the nazis for all the barbaric acts that took place when it was ordinary German officials just like Dr. Heinz Winterscheid who committed the barbaric crimes against humanity ( you only need to view the history of the State hospital Wehnen, it has it's own list of crimes against humanity during and after the nazi era). Today you need to look no further than the criminal fascist nazi conspiracy between Dr Uwe Biester CDU MdL, Judges of the German Courts in particular judge Martin Staubwasser of the district court of Wilhelmshaven and the ever faithful to the fascist cause Dr. Heinz Winterscheid of the state psychiatric hospital Wehnen which in 2007 conveniently had its name changed to Karl-Jasper-Klinik to see that not much has changed since the end of the nazi era. These individuals named are more than prepared to follow such fascist nazi practices in the year 2004 as were enacted between 1930 and 1945. These people in particular Dr. Heinz Winterscheid, Dr. Uwe Biester, Judge Martin Staubwasser and the rest involved are a disgrace to civilised humanity.

In my case judges, officials as well as politicians and ordinary members of civil society have deliberately and knowingly acted in exactly the same manner as those who murdered millions of people in cold blood during the nazi era, therefore all civilized people in the western world will draw the logical conclusion that nothing has changed in Germany since the end of the nazi era and right they are if one looks at the disgusting actions and crimes against humanity of those who have been involved in my case in particular Dr. Heinz Winterscheid.

The only possible reason to deny me access to my children is because of the extreme German fascist nazi nature of those involved in particular Dr. Heinz Winterscheid.

The fascist individuals involved in my family matter in particular Dr. Heinz Winterscheid are a disgrace to civilised humanity and should be ostracized by the world at large. While the world has it's sights focused on International terrorism, the muslim world and Asama Bin Laden we have individuals in Germany like Dr. Heinz Winterscheid who committ crimes against Germany and get away with their horrendous crimes.
What is going on here????

May one never forget the histoiry of the Landeskrankenhaus Wehnen renamed to Karl-Jaspers-Klinik in 2007 to help distance it from its horrendous past. It was in this very institution that patients were murdered in their thousands in a programm known as euthanasia

Just google "euthanasia landeskrankenhaus wehnen" or press the goolgel it and be amazed button below to read about this horrendous past. Clearly nothing much has changed since then!!

Heinrich Himmler was the architect of the holocaust but let no one be fooled into believing as the German nation would like the world to believe, that all the atrocities committed in Germany between 1930 and 1945 were only committed by Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler and a small band of Nazi followers. Let no one ever be fooled into believing that after 1945 those that had committed these horrendous crimes against humanity were held accountable for their evil deeds. These atrocities were in fact carried out by millions of ordinary German citizens, the victims of the holocaust where turned in to the authorities by hundreds of thousands of ordinary German citizens. Apart from the millions of victims that were ruthlessly murdered in cold blood many of the victims were simply starved to death. Those millions of ordinary German citizens who committed these atrocities were never held accountable for their evil deeds they simply carried on with their normal lives after 1945. The millions of German citizens who committed these horrendous barbaric crimes never had any remorse for what they had done. No wonder this same German mentality that what a German does is always correct and acceptable still reigns supreme in modern Germany today. That some one else must be to blame, in the case of the victims of the holocaust, "they must themselves have been to blame otherwise the Germans would have not done to them what they did" , I have heard this statement more than once in Wilhelmshaven Germany over the last few years. No wonder the the German Jugendamt, the German family courts, German politicians and the German population act in the manner that they do today.

Not much has changed in the minds of most German nationals since those frightful days between 1930 and 1945. The evidence can clearly be seen in the actions in particular of civil servasnts such as social workers of the German Jugendamt, the German courts and in particular in the minds of German politicians. For instance politicians such as Dr Uwe Biester CDU who in his private capacity acts as an attorney and as a politician uses his political position as a member of the law commission of the State of Lower Saxony where he has influence over the judiciary to blatanly pervert the ends of justice to deny the victims of child abduction to German justice.

Nothing has changed in the minds of employees of the State Hospital Wehnen now conveniently renamed the Karl-Jaspers-Klink in particular in the minds of Dr. Heinz Winterscheid and his superiour Dr Mariane Becker-Emner

Well done Dr. Heinz Winterscheid what else could one expect of you considering German history, considering the history of the Karl-Jaspers-Klinik.

Dr. Winterscheid you deserve a medal for your great services to Nazi fascism.

This so called psychological report was made without the above named so called "psychiatrist" ever having met Michael Hickman or ever having exchanged a single word with him. Many scandals surround this particular individual who is known to make such reports as favours for judges who have certain fascist political ideological beliefs that belong to Germany's dark and distant past. It does not matter to this cold callous inhuman individual who's lives he destroys. Dr. Winterscheid is no better than his predecessors at the state hospital of Wehnen who blatantly and cold bloodedly murdered patients during the time of Adolf Hitler's nazi regime. Dr. WInterscheid once again shows that certain individuals are always prepared to support such blatant acts of inhumanity towards others. In the year 2004 some psychiatrists of the state hospital of Wehnen still eagerly engage in supporting very suspect political ideologies and motives as favours for very suspect German judges totally disregarding there medical oath to heal the sick. Wehnen is once again being used in the old role that was established in the 1930's and 1940's. Well done Dr. Winterscheid.

Ahuge amount of criticism has been received from various experts in regards to the the so called "professional psychological assessment" made by Dr. Winterscheid as a favour for the German judge Staubwasser of the district court of Wilhelmshaven, a report that was clearly taylor made to fit the wishes of the German judge Staubwasser.

From the questions posed by the German judge Staubwasser it is not difficult to see what conclusion the German judge Staubwasser of the district court of Wilhelmshaven required from the so called "psychological report that he ordered from Dr. Winterscheid. The so called "psychiatric report" made from the court file does not fulfil any of the requirements of a serious scientific investigation and is therefore to be rejected. The remarks and suggestions made are pure speculation and are therefore of no value. I advise you to lay criminal charges against Dr. Winterscheid due to his unscientific and damaging report made of you.

"Schlüsselerlebnis-Paranoia-schlechte-Prognose-Theorie"

Here we have a critical appraisal of the so called "psychological evaluation" made by the well known and respected psychologist and children's rights activist, Horst Schmeil.

In his appraisal he severely criticizes the report for it's total lack of scientific methodology, he declares that it be rejected on the grounds of it being unprofessional and unscientific and that it does not comply with the most basic of rules governing such investigations. The German family judge Staubwasser totally rejected this well formulated and presented report based on sound scientific facts.

It has totally amazed me that the colleague Winterscheid possessed the audacity to take part in the court hearing. Very obviously he wants to at any cost present to the world his paranoia theory to do so he must have at least have seen you.

Here is a comment that states that the the sender has read this page, that the psychological accessment made by Dr. Klemper is one of the best that he has read, as regards the so called "psychological evaluation" made by Dr. Winterscheid without my participation, he says that it can hardly be termed an evaluation.

A totally professional and scientifically grounded psychological report has now been made by a well respected psychiatrist with extensive overseas experience in the Anglo-Saxon realm both in Australia and South Africa which puts the crime committed by Dr. Heinz WInterscheid in perspective.

The psychiatric investigation was made in a most professional and scientific manner. It included many hours of conversation over the telephone, a day long personal interview in Wilhelmshaven at my own home and much research including speaking to a number of persons from my social environment. His report declares amongst many other things that I the foreign father is of sound mind, that there is not trace of any psychiatric disorder and that I the foreign father would present no danger to my children whatsoever.

Here are some of the key remarks in the origional German text.

Zusammengefaßt:
Affektiv beherrschte Erlebnisreaktion, nach realer Herkunft, der Dauer und Intensität ohne abnorme Prägung.
Keine psychotischen Inhalte eruierbar.
Keine Züge einer abnormen angelsächsischen Persönlichkeit.

DISKUSSION UND BEURTEILUNG

Das psychiatrische GA vom 13.5.2004 zeugte von beruflicher Inkompetenz und exemplarischer Leichtfertigkeit.
Wenn sich das aber durch anderweitige Gründe erklären lassen sollte, läge eine Beurteilung und Diskussion darüber nicht im Aufgabenbereich einer neuropsychiatrischen Untersuchung.

Die Frage, ob Herr Hickman psychotisch erkrankt war oder nicht, entschied über die familienrechtliche Beurteilung. Alleine daraus war in seinem Fall und nach der Vorgeschichte abzuleiten, ob „die Einräumung eines Umgangsrechts ... dem Kindeswohl entspricht oder aber ob durch die Einräumung eines Umgangsrechts das Wohl der Kinder gefährdet würde“ (Fragen des Gerichts an den Gutachter; GA v. 13.5.004), oder ob Herr H. „aufgrund seiner psychischen Konstitution derzeit in der Lage (sei), ohne Kindeswohlgefährdung ein Umgangsrecht mit seinen Kindern zu pflegen.“ Alle Argumente, die gegen sein Umgangsrecht vorgebracht worden waren, bezogen sich direkt oder mittelbar auf nicht-psychiatrische Vermutungen über seine geistige Verfassung.

I). Ein Aktengutachten darüber wäre nicht in Frage gekommen, wenn fachgerechte Grundsätze beachtet worden wären. Nachdem Herr H. es abgelehnt hatte, - oder habe -, sich untersuchen zu lassen, hätte der GA-Auftrag zurückgegeben werden müssen.

Denn psychiatrische Diagnosen sind bekanntlich von einer anderen Qualität als Beurteilungen in naturwissenschaftlich fundierten medizinischen Fachgebieten. Sie grenzen nach psychopathologischen, also deskriptiven und nach Kriterien von Beginn und Verlauf Symptomenkreise ein, die man übereinkommensgemäß als unterscheidbare Krankheiten ansieht. Das gilt ausnahmslos für die sog. endogenen Psychosen als die „noch nicht körperlich begründbaren“ Geisteskrankheiten; (s. ). Die bleiben darüber hinaus immer Ausschluß-Diagnosen, weil ihre Symptome nicht spezifische sind, die auch symptomatisch zahlreiche körperliche Erkrankungen begleiten können. Falls man sich fachkundig an die Internationale Kodifizierung von Krankheiten hält, bleibt eine gröbere, persönliche diagnostische Willkür dabei ausgeschlossen, weil man sich weltweit darüber geeinigt hat, welche genau definierten Kriterien für eine besondere Diagnose erfüllt sein müssen. Infolgedessen sind psychiatrische Diagnosen wert- und bedeutungslos, wenn sie nicht detailliert begründet werden. Die schlichteste Voraussetzung dazu ist erwartungsgemäß, daß Probanden sorgfältig und persönlich psychiatrisch exploriert und auch körperlich untersucht werden, und daß ein zweiter fachkundiger Beobachter, dem solche Befunde vorlägen, und der sie seinerseits im aktuellen Querschnitt reproduzieren könnte, zu derselben diagnostischen Schlußfolgerung käme. Das gilt für jede psychiatrische Beurteilung und umso mehr für eine Begutachtung mit gravierenden sozialen, juristischen und psychischen Konsequenzen wie hier für zwei Kinder und ihre Eltern samt ihres weiteren familiären Umfelds.

Keine dieser Voraussetzungen wurde mit dem Aktengutachten vom 13.5.004 erfüllt.

Herr Hickman litt an keiner psychiatrischen Erkrankung.
Das Vorgutachten vom 13.5.2004 erwies sich als irrelevant.
Es haben sich keine neuropsychiatrischen Abweichungen auffinden lassen, die ärztlicherseits ein Verbot des Umgangs mit seinen Söhnen begründen könnte.

Conclusion:
Mr Hickman suffers from no psychiatric illnesses.
The psychological evaluation of the 13.5.2004 proves it's self to be irrelevant.
From a medical point of view no neuro-psychchiatric abnormalities could be found that could be used as grounds to exclude access to his children

Read this book pictured below then ask yourself the question;

If Dr. Winterscheid of the state hospital of Wehnen is not a fascist nazi criminal of the worst possible order as well as being a willing puppet of a certain fascist mentality within the German judiciary then please explain to the world what he is.

In his book The Republic Before Court (The Federal Republic of Germany) pictured below you will read that the author of the book, the attorney Heinrich Hannover makes the following statement, "Those Terrible Jurisists, left overs from National Socialism often still have the say". You will also read that Dr. Winterscheid is an old hand at being the eager and ever willing puppet to "Those terrible Jurists" nazi like fascists such as judge Staubwasser of the district court of Wilhelmshaven and the German attorney/politician Dr. Uwe Biester.

Der Sachverständige Dr. Winterscheid - und seinetwegen passierte ja das Ganze - gab sich den Anschein, alles mitzukriegen und zu behalten. Auf jeden Fall hat er herausgehört, daß von ihm ein Gutachten über einen Angeklagten erwartet wurde, der eine Notwehrsituation nur zum Schein ausgenutzt habe und sich in Wirklichkeit an seinem Opfer rächen wollte. Es war nicht schwer, das herauszuhören. Wenn er sich an die von Richter B. getroffene Auswahl hielt und die Korrekturen und Ergänzungen des Verteidigers ignorierte, konnte er nicht fehl-gehen.

Ihr Gutachten wurde demgemäß in einem Atemzug mit dem Gutachten des Sachverständigen Dr. Winterscheid, der das Gericht wunschgemäß bedient hatte, als »richtig« und »zu-treffend« vereinnahmt.

Once again Dr. Heinz Winterscheid has proven himself a willing puppet and has produced a so called "psychiatric report" on demand for a very dubious German judge, without ever having seen or spoken to his victim. As in my case this so called "psychiatric report " was produced on demand for a German judge to be used as an effective tool to silence a critic of unacceptable practices being carried out within the German judiciary and Government.

Greifen die Puppenspieler in der Justiz in ihrer Ohnmacht schon zu den Marionetten- Weißkittlern, die das Unrecht sprechen (müssen), denen sich die Marionetten- Richter dann anschließen (müssen)?
