In civil life Dr Uwe Biester is an attorney of law, he is also a
politician who stands for the Christian Democratic Union or CDU. In his
political life he is an elected member of the Parliament of the State
of Lower Saxony representing the City of Wilhelmshaven where he is a
member of the law commission. In his function as a member of the
law commission one of his functions is the election and promotion of
judges for the State of Lower Saxony. Another function is to act
as a legal watchdog.
Although im most countries it would be a conflict of interests that
would be against the law, punishable with a jail sentence to both hold
such a political post and at the same time represent clients before a
court. Dr Uwe Biester continues to practice law including
appearances in court in Lower Saxony, in fact Dr Uwe Biester openly
trades on the fact that he holds various political posts and that he is
a member of the law commission, see the link above.
Over a period of over 14 years Dr Uwe Biester has openly and
blatantly abused his political influence to in the case of my
children who where unlawfully taken to Germany and held virtual hostage
there to defeat the ends of justice. He has used every dirty filthy
trick and lie in the book to deny my victim children justice.
He has blatantly used his political position and post on the law
commission of the State of Lower Saxony to gain himself a
financial advantage in his private civil capacity as an attorney of law.

The final event after years of criminal collusion with family court
judges of the District Court of Wilhelmshaven (Amtsgericht Wilhelmshaven) to defeat
the ends of
justice was.
In criminal collusion with the family court judge Martin Staubwasser a
psychological assessment was ordered to be taylor made by the
psychiatrist Dr Heinz Winterscheid of the State psychiatric Hospital
Wehnen to deny my children access to their father, in fact to deprive
them of a father until they were adult. As I refused to
co-operate by
putting my own neck into the hangman's noose by insisting that I would
take a psychiatrist of my choosing as a witness to all interviews and
that I would have a cameraman to digitally record and put on the the
family court file all interviews with Dr Heinz Winterscheid, judge
Staubwasser simply ordered the psychological assessment of me to be mad
in my absence. Dr Heinz Winterscheid then when ahead and made the
to
order taylor made assessment of me without ever having see me without
ever having exchanged a word with me. As had been ordered he gave the
grounds and made the recommendation that I have no contact to both my
two sons until they were adult. On this recommendation judge Martin
Staubwasser went ahead and made his order to deny all access between me
and my children.
Dr Uwe Biester very clearly abused his political office by indulging in
such a criminal act to line his own pocket. He very clearly violated
the terms of his appointment to the law Commission of the State of
Lower Saxony. If he was in South Africa he would be jailed for his
involvement however in Germany he has been protected right from the
very top of Government and the German political establishment.

Dr Uwe Biester is surely a criminal in the order of politicians of the
nazi era to indulge in such disgusting unlawful practices. These sorts
of deeds one would have expected of Heinrich Himmler below not of a
present day German politician, but then when one views the events in
the context of German history one is no longer surprised by the events
in Wilhelmshaven orchestrated by Dr Uwe Biester and his politician wife
Ursula Biester over the last 14 years. In fact one expects politicians
like Dr Uwe Biester to act in the manner that they do.

Heinrich Himmler was the architect
of the holocaust but let no one be fooled into believing as the German
nation would like the world to believe, that all the
atrocities committed in Germany between 1930 and 1945 were only
committed by Adolf Hitler, Heinrich Himmler and a
small band of Nazi followers. Let no one ever be fooled into believing
that after 1945 those that had committed these horrendous crimes
against
humanity were held accountable for their evil deeds. These atrocities
were in fact carried out by millions of ordinary German citizens, the
victims
of the holocaust where turned in to the authorities by hundreds of
thousands of ordinary German citizens. Apart from the millions of
victims that were ruthlessly murdered in cold blood
many of the victims were simply starved to death. Those millions of
ordinary German citizens who committed these atrocities were never held
accountable for their evil deeds they simply carried on with
their normal lives after 1945. The millions of German citizens who
committed these horrendous barbaric crimes never had any remorse for
what they had done. No wonder this same German mentality that what a
German does is always correct and acceptable still
reigns supreme in modern Germany today. That some one else must be to
blame, in the case of the victims of the holocaust, "they must
themselves have been to blame otherwise the Germans would have not done
to them what they did" , I have heard this statement more than once in
Wilhelmshaven Germany over the last few years. No wonder the the
German Jugendamt, the German family courts, German politicians
and the German
population act
in the manner that they do today.

Not much has
changed in the minds of most German politicians since those
frightful days between 1930 and 1945. The evidence can clearly be seen
in their actions and in particular in
the minds of German politicians. For instance politicians such as Dr Uwe Biester CDU who in his private capacity
acts as an attorney and as a politician uses his political
position as a member of the law commission of the State of Lower Saxony
where he has influence over the judiciary to blatantly pervert the ends
of justice, he abuses his political position to blatantly deny the
victims of child abduction to German justice. |
In addition to being a Member of Parliament Dr Uwe Biester also held
the political position as a member of the City Council of
Wilhelmshaven where he had direct influence over the Jugendamt and its
employees. Recently he stepped down to make way for his wife
Ursula Biester to be elected as a member of the City Council of
Wilhelmshaven, where she a very close friend of Ursula Focken who
came to South Africa and abducted the children in the first instance
now has influence over the social workers of the Jugendamt
Wilhelmshaevn. In fact Uwe and Ursula Biester together with a
small clique of politicians and wealthy businessmen have a Mafia type
grip on the City of Wilhelmshaven. This Wilhelmshaven Mafia has already
been the subject of two books that have been written by the author
Henning Venske, The filthy Swamp and The Legacy of Wilhelm
alternatively known as The Filthy Swamp 2.
